Architecture – Building form and layout planning are the keys to determine how the spaces would be to serve each function of the building. The sun path and wind direction are taken into consideration for the building's orientation in the initial design stage to create ideal condition for the user in the space. We design our building both inside-out and outside-in to ensure that the outcome achieves your desired form and space.
Interior – Natural materials have always been our first choice when it comes to interior design as they help bring warmth to the space while also displaying the charm of nature. Although natural materials have been known for its high cost, nowadays a wide range of substitute materials are available for selection in the market. Materials such as artificial stones, engineered wood and laminated metal help eliminate the undesirable properties of natural materials and at the same time reduce the cost and maintain the touch of nature. At Prestiga, aesthetics and functionality must always go together. It is never about excessive decoration. Our main focus is to match the color, the pattern, the texture and the properties of natural materials with the lighting design to achieve the highest comfort and functionality.
Landscape – Apart from the main architecture, landscape design also plays an important role in the overall picture of the project. The character of the project is accented by the harmonious integration among hardscape, softscape, waterscape and the main building. The first impression and a message one carries back with them is created by everything involved in the landscape design, whether it be the texture of the pavement, the pattern of the road, the position of plants, the pool, the fountain or even the type of lighting used in the landscape design.
