With 15 years of experience in working and fulfilling clients’ wishes as a licensed architect, I have decided to embark on a new path of my career. Prestiga is founded with my goal in taking the lead in the design process creating unique, elegant and precise architectural works. I believe that the architect and the client both share the same dream which is to see the work of their project published. For that to happen, it is essential for both parties to have a clear understanding of what to expect from each other prior to the start of the project.
The duration of a project from design stage to handover can take around 18-24 months. Therefore, clients are advised to carefully choose an architect they are comfortable to work with. At Prestiga, we see this as a long-term engagement and strive to provide our clients the most desirable experience.
When working with Prestiga, the client can be reassured that I will personally be on site to closely supervise the project. No detail, no matter how small, will go unnoticed. I as the head architect will be responsible for every project along with my trusted team. With this approach, I can only handle 2 projects at a time. As I intend to make the work of every project a legacy for both me and my client, only less than 40 projects will be completed before my retirement.
